Most STOL(short takeoff and landing) aircraft and small aircraft (sporting and trainer airplane) are ideal for 4D models as far as aerodynamic, except some modern airplane aiming for higher speed. Many STOL aircraft also have more square-ish fuselage (body), which would be easier for crafting.
